Crusty Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes

Cake Mix Brownies

Cake Mix Brownies

Ingredients
2 boxes chocolate cake mix (I used chocolate fudge)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup chocolate milk (if you don’t have white will be fine)
2 egg
1 cup chocolate chunks
1 cup marshmallows

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° Spray an 13x9x2 pan with baking spray, set aside.
IN bowl mix all ingredients with a spoon until combined (except chocolate chunks/marshmallow).
Fold in chocolate chunks/marshmallow .
Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares. The center might seem underdone, but as the brownies set, they will be fine!
Add icing if desired.

For a smaller batch…

Ingredients
1 box chocolate cake mix (I used chocolate fudge)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup chocolate milk (if you don’t have white will be fine)
1 egg
1/2 cup chocolate chunks
1/2 cup marshmallows

Follow instructions above, but use an 8×8 pan
