Tartar Sauce


Tarter Sauce

Serves:1½ cups

Prep time:15 mins

Total time:15 mins


½ cup relish, chopped very fine
¼ cup pickled red onion or plain red onion, chopped very fine
1 tablespoon scallions (tops and bottoms), chopped very fine
¼ teaspoon Frank’s or sriracha hot sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon drained capers, finely diced
¼ teaspoon dry mustard
¾ cup mayonnaise


In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
Refrigerate for up to one week.
